Home Values Continue to Rise

In the 4^th quarter 2014, the market activity in Pasadena averaged 180 homes for sale per month with 70 homes sold per month.  These figures represent an increase in the active inventory by 11%, and a 1% increase in homes sold.  There were 2.6 months of inventory, and the average price per square foot was $495.00.  This means an increase of 11% in property values in the 4^th quarter of 2014 vs. the values in the 4^th quarter of 2013 – very good news for our community.  If you are contemplating a move, or simply want to know the value of your property, please give us a call!
